1. General

Welcome to Detalles Cupido. By visiting our website and placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Products & Availability

All products shown on our website are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Aruban Florin (Awg) and are subject to change without prior notice. We will confirm availability and final price via WhatsApp before completing your order.

3. Orders

All orders are placed through WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from Detalles Cupido. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated via WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation. We accept cash, bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery availability, areas and fees will be communicated at the time of order. Detalles Cupido is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

6. Custom Orders

Custom arrangements require a deposit before production begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started on your custom order.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. No refunds will be issued after this period.

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs and content on this website belong to Detalles Cupido and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Detalles Cupido is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use of this website or our products.
